Client and website
Nearvia requires no service account. Contacts and conversations are stored on your device. Received files are outside database encryption; deleting your records does not delete a recipient’s copy.
This static website links to GitHub releases. It does not receive or host conversations or transferred files. It sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics. The language menu stores your selection locally.
Access logs and external links
The server keeps routine access logs for operation and troubleshooting. These may include IP address, access time, request path, browser and referring page. Logs rotate daily with 14 historical files retained. This site does not collect conversation content.
Download and source links lead to GitHub; email uses email providers. Those services handle access or email information under their own privacy policies.
iOS device registration
Ad Hoc distribution requires registering a device identifier (UDID) with Apple’s developer platform for signing and installation on registered devices. Contact the email below; do not post identifiers, passwords or private records in public issues.
Registration information is used only for signing, directed distribution and necessary contact, not marketing or sale. We retain it while needed for distribution. Email us to withdraw: we will delete the registration records we hold and stop future directed distribution. Apple controls deactivation and removal of its platform records; immediate deletion there or revocation of installed copies is not promised.
